Terms of Service — Dr Bloq
1. The App
Dr Bloq is a free puzzle game. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App as provided through the App Store / Google Play, subject to those stores’ terms as well.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract where you live. If you are under the age of digital consent, use the App only with a parent/guardian’s permission where required.
3. Accounts
No account is required. Progress is stored on your device and may be lost if you uninstall or change devices.
4. Ads
The App may show (a) optional rewarded advertisements via Google Mobile Ads when free assist stock for the current board is empty — watching may unlock a single assist for that board only; declining does not block core play; and (b) occasional full-screen interstitial advertisements after you continue from a cleared journey stage, subject to in-app frequency rules (never during an active pour). Details are listed in the App under Our ad promise.
5. Purchases
The App may offer a one-time non-consumable Remove Ads purchase (product id com.pourbloq.app.remove_ads). Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their billing terms; we do not receive your full payment-card details. Restore purchases from Home → Our ad promise using the same store account. Refunds follow Apple / Google rules.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t:
- Cheat with unauthorized automation
- Attack our services or ad partners
- Reverse engineer except where law allows
- Use the App unlawfully
7. Intellectual property
Dr Bloq, Bloq character art used in the App, logos, and content are owned by AZQARI LIMITED or licensors. No transfer of ownership.
8. Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROGRESS / DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ZERO IF THE APP IS FREE.
Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limits — those limits may not apply to you.
10. Privacy

11. Changes & termination
We may update the App or these Terms. We may suspend access for misuse. Store refunds follow Apple/Google rules.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to conflict rules, except where mandatory consumer law says otherwise. Courts in England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction where permitted.
