Privacy Policy — Dr Bloq

This Privacy Policy explains how Dr Bloq (“the App”) handles information on Apple and Android.

1. Summary (plain language)

• Dr Bloq is a single-player water-sort puzzle.
• We do not create accounts and we do not ask for your name, email, or phone number inside the App.
• Your journey progress, coins, assist inventory, daily record, and preferences are stored on your device.
• The App may show optional rewarded ads through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) when free assist stock for the current board is empty. Completing an ad can grant one assist for that board only (it is not added to long-term stock).
• The App may also show occasional full-screen interstitial ads after you tap Continue on a cleared journey stage (never mid-pour; capped by stage, clear count, and time — see in-app Our ad promise).
• Optional one-time Remove Ads purchase (Apple / Google) turns interstitials off and skips rewarded watches.
• On iOS we may ask for App Tracking Transparency permission so ads can be more relevant. You can refuse; the App still works.
• We do not sell your personal information.

2. Information we process

A. Stored on your device

Examples (via on-device storage such as AsyncStorage):

• Journey phase / mode progress
• Wallet / coins
• Assist inventory and per-round usage state
• Daily challenge record
• Guide / prefs flags
• Whether “Remove Ads” (if offered) is unlocked

This stays on the device unless you delete the App or clear its data.

B. Advertising / device information (via Google)

Dr Bloq uses Google Mobile Ads. Google and its partners may collect or receive information such as:

• Advertising identifiers (e.g. IDFA on iOS if you allow tracking; AAID on Android subject to platform rules)
• Device type, OS version, app version
• Ad impressions (including interstitial), clicks, and rewarded-ad completion
• IP address and approximate location as described in Google’s policies
• Diagnostics related to ad serving

We do not control Google’s full processing. See:

C. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

If we request tracking permission, the purpose is personalized ads that help keep Dr Bloq free.

• Allow → partners may use the advertising identifier for personalized ads as permitted.
• Ask App Not to Track → the App still works; ads may be less personalized / limited.

Change later: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

D. Support email

If you email admin@azqari.com, we process the content of that email to help you.

E. What we do not collect in the App today

As of the Effective date, Dr Bloq does not:

• Require registration or login
• Collect contacts, photos, microphone, precise GPS for maps, Health data, or card details inside the App
• Offer subscriptions
• Process card details inside the App (Remove Ads, if purchased, is billed by Apple or Google)

3. How we use information

• Operate and improve the App
• Remember progress and settings on-device
• Offer optional rewarded assists; show capped interstitials; measure interstitial and rewarded ad performance (via Google)
• Store purchase / Remove Ads status on-device and via the store
• Respond to support requests
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms

4. Sharing

We share information only as needed with:

• Google (and partners in Google’s ad ecosystem) for advertising
• Apple / Google Play as part of distributing the App and processing purchases
• Providers who host this website or handle support email
• Authorities when legally required

We do not sell personal information.

5. Children

Dr Bloq is a general-audience puzzle game. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age where you live). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children via the App. If a child contacted us by email, contact us to request deletion.

Do not put Dr Bloq in Apple’s Kids Category or market it as a kids’ app while using standard AdMob rewarded + personalized ads.

6. International transfers

Ad partners and infrastructure may process data in the United States and other countries, under safeguards those providers use.

7. Retention

• On-device game data: until you delete the App or clear data
• Support emails: as needed to resolve requests and keep legitimate records
• Ad-related data: per Google / partner policies
• Purchase records: retained by Apple / Google per their policies

8. Your choices & rights

• Decline ATT on iOS
• Decline rewarded ads in-game (assists simply aren’t granted)
• Decline rewarded assists (no grant if you cancel the video)
• Buy or restore Remove Ads (Home → Our ad promise)
• Uninstall to remove local game data
• Email admin@azqari.com for questions or deletion of support correspondence

Depending on where you live (e.g. UK GDPR / EU GDPR / CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal data. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Security

We use reasonable measures appropriate to a small consumer game. No method is 100% secure.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy and will change the Effective date on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance where permitted by law.
