FAQ
Is Dr Bloq free?
Yes. Optional rewarded ads may appear when you are out of free assists (Undo / Retry / +Tube / Hint) for the current board — decline anytime; finishing a watch grants one use for that board only. After later journey stages, you may also see an occasional full-screen ad when you tap Continue on a cleared board (never while pouring). Caps: not before Stage 20, at most every 4th clear, and at least 3 minutes apart; Daily and boards where you used help skip the interstitial. Optional one-time Remove Ads (Apple / Google) turns interstitials off and skips rewarded watches. Assists stay scarce either way. Open Home → Our ad promise in the app for the full list, including Restore purchases.
What is Remove Ads?
A one-time purchase that removes interstitial ads and skips the video step on optional rewarded assists. Buy or restore from Home → Our ad promise. Billing is handled by Apple or Google — we never see your full card details.
I bought Remove Ads but still see ads / can’t restore
Use the same Apple ID / Google account that purchased. Open Home → Our ad promise → Restore purchases. Still stuck? Email us with device, OS, app version, and the store you bought from.
Do I need an account?
No. Progress (journey stage, coins, assist inventory, preferences) is stored on your device.
Ads / tracking on iPhone
You may see Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. It helps show more relevant ads. Tap Ask App Not to Track if you prefer — the game still works. Change later in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
I’m stuck on a board
Use Undo, Retry, or +Tube from the HUD (numbers show remaining free uses this round). If stock is empty, you can watch a short video for one extra use this board only.
Progress disappeared
Data is local. Uninstalling, clearing app data, or switching devices can reset progress. We don’t cloud-sync yet.
Something’s broken
Force-quit, reboot, update from the store. If it continues, email us with the details above.
