Privacy Policy — Bloq

This Privacy Policy explains how Bloq (“the App”) handles information when you use it on Apple platforms.

1. Summary (plain language)

• Bloq is a single-player puzzle game.
• We do not create user accounts and we do not ask for your name, email, or phone number inside the App.
• Your best score, mute setting, and a few tutorial flags are stored on your device.
• Bloq shows ads through Google Mobile Ads. On iOS we may ask for permission to track across apps/websites (App Tracking Transparency) so ads can be more relevant. You can refuse.
• We do not sell your personal information.

2. Information we process

A. Information stored only on your device

The App stores locally (for example via on-device storage):

• Best score
• Sound / mute preference
• Whether you’ve seen certain in-app tips (e.g. Heat tutorial)

This data stays on your device unless you delete the App or clear its data.

B. Advertising / device information (via Google)

Bloq uses Google Mobile Ads (including rewarded ads). Google and its partners may collect or receive information such as:

• Advertising identifiers (e.g. IDFA on iOS if you grant tracking permission; otherwise limited / non-personalized ads)
• Device type, OS version, general app activity related to ads (impressions, clicks, reward completion)
• IP address and approximate location derived by ad networks (as described in their policies)
• Diagnostic information related to ad serving

C. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

If we request tracking permission, Apple’s prompt explains the purpose (personalized ads that help keep Bloq free).

• If you allow tracking, ad partners may use the advertising identifier for personalized ads as permitted by Apple and their policies.
• If you deny tracking, Bloq still works; ads may be less personalized / limited per Apple and Google rules.

You can change this later in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

D. What we do not collect (in the App today)

As of the Effective date, Bloq does not:

• Require registration or login
• Collect contacts, photos, microphone audio for gameplay, precise GPS for maps, Health data, or payment card details inside the App
• Offer in-app purchases or subscriptions (if that changes, we will update this Policy and App Store disclosures)

3. How we use information

• Operate and improve the App
• Remember your score and settings on-device
• Show ads and measure ad performance (via Google)
• Respond to support emails you send us
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms

4. Sharing

We share information only as needed with:

• Google (and partners in Google’s ad ecosystem) for advertising
• Apple as part of distributing the App through the App Store / operating system services
• Service providers who help us run support email or hosting for this website (if any), under appropriate agreements
• Authorities when legally required

We do not sell personal information.

5. Children

Bloq is a general-audience puzzle game. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us via support email, contact us and we will delete it.

6. International transfers

Ad partners and infrastructure may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards used by those providers.

7. Data retention

• On-device game data: until you delete the App or clear App data
• Support emails: kept as long as needed to resolve your request and for legitimate business / legal records
• Ad-related data: retained by Google / partners per their policies

8. Your choices & rights

• Decline ATT tracking on iOS
• Mute sound in-app; use device controls
• Uninstall the App to remove local game data
• Contact us at admin@azqari.com to ask questions or request deletion of information you sent by email

Depending on where you live (e.g. UK GDPR / EU GDPR / CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email us to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to a small consumer game. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy. We will post the new Effective date on this page. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
