Terms of Service — Arrow Bloq

1. The App

Arrow Bloq is a free puzzle game with optional advertising and an optional one-time purchase. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App as provided through the App Store / Google Play, subject to those stores’ terms as well.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract where you live. If you are under the age of digital consent, use the App only with a parent/guardian’s permission where required.

3. Accounts

No account is required. Progress is stored on your device and may be lost if you uninstall or change devices. Store purchases (Remove Ads) can usually be restored with the same Apple ID / Google account.

4. Ads

The App may show:

Interstitial ads between some campaign levels after you are invested (not before level 20; never mid-puzzle; never on dailies; frequency-capped). Details are published in-app under Ad promise.
Optional rewarded ads for benefits such as revive or double coins. Declining does not block core campaign progress.

Ads are served via Google Mobile Ads.

5. Purchases

Remove Ads is a one-time (non-consumable) in-app purchase processed by Apple or Google under their billing terms (product id com.azqari.arrowbloq.remove_ads). We don’t receive your full card details. Buying it turns off interstitials and skips the watch step on optional rewarded offers. Refunds follow Apple / Google rules.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t cheat with unauthorized automation, attack our services or ad partners, reverse engineer except where law allows, or use the App unlawfully.

7. Intellectual property

Arrow Bloq, logos, original art, audio, and content are owned by AZQARI LIMITED or licensors. No transfer of ownership. The game’s mechanics are an original implementation; do not assume third-party template licenses apply to this App.

8. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROGRESS / DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ZERO IF YOU ONLY USED THE FREE APP.

Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limits — those limits may not apply to you.

11. Changes & termination

We may update the App or these Terms. We may suspend access for misuse. Store refunds follow Apple/Google rules.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to conflict rules, except where mandatory consumer law says otherwise. Courts in England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction where permitted.
