Privacy Policy — Arrow Bloq

This Privacy Policy explains how Arrow Bloq (“the App”) handles information on Apple and Android.

1. Summary (plain language)

• Arrow Bloq is a single-player arrow-slide puzzle.
• We do not create accounts and we do not ask for your name, email, or phone number inside the App.
• Your campaign progress, coins, stars, badges, shop themes, daily calendar, accessibility preferences, and Remove Ads flag are stored on your device.
• The App may show interstitial ads between some campaign levels (never mid-puzzle; never before level 20; frequency-capped) and optional rewarded ads (revive, double coins) through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob).
• You may buy a one-time Remove Ads product. Payment is processed by Apple or Google; we do not receive your full card details.
• On iOS we may ask for App Tracking Transparency permission so ads can be more relevant. You can refuse; the App still works.
• We do not sell your personal information.

2. Information we process

A. Stored on your device

Examples (via on-device storage such as AsyncStorage):

• Campaign level / chapter progress, stars, coins, badges
• Daily challenge calendar and archive
• Board theme unlocks / selection
• Accessibility prefs (colour-blind palette, reduce motion, larger arrows, appearance, language stub)
• Audio mute preference
• Ad-policy counters (e.g. clears since last interstitial)
• Whether Remove Ads is unlocked on this device

This stays on the device unless you delete the App or clear its data. Store ownership of Remove Ads can be re-checked with Apple / Google when you tap Restore purchases.

B. Advertising / device information (via Google)

Arrow Bloq uses Google Mobile Ads. Google and its partners may collect or receive information such as:

• Advertising identifiers (e.g. IDFA on iOS if you allow tracking; AAID on Android subject to platform rules)
• Device type, OS version, app version
• Ad impressions, clicks, and rewarded-ad completion
• IP address and approximate location as described in Google’s policies
• Diagnostics related to ad serving

We do not control Google’s full processing. See:

C. Purchases (Apple / Google)

If you buy Remove Ads, Apple or Google process the payment under their terms. They may share limited purchase status with the App so we can unlock the entitlement. We do not receive your full payment card number.

D. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

If we request tracking permission, the purpose is personalized ads that help keep Arrow Bloq free.

• Allow → partners may use the advertising identifier for personalized ads as permitted.
• Ask App Not to Track → the App still works; ads may be less personalized / limited.

Change later: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

E. Support email

If you email admin@azqari.com, we process the content of that email to help you.

F. What we do not collect in the App today

As of the Effective date, Arrow Bloq does not:

• Require registration or login
• Collect contacts, photos, microphone audio for gameplay features, precise GPS for maps, Health data, or card details inside the App
• Offer subscriptions
• Cloud-sync progress across devices

3. How we use information

• Operate and improve the App
• Remember progress and settings on-device
• Show capped interstitials and optional rewarded offers; measure ad performance (via Google)
• Unlock and restore Remove Ads via the stores
• Respond to support requests
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms

4. Sharing

We share information only as needed with:

• Google (and partners in Google’s ad ecosystem) for advertising
• Apple / Google Play for distributing the App and processing purchases
• Providers who host this website or handle support email
• Authorities when legally required

We do not sell personal information.

5. Children

Arrow Bloq is a general-audience puzzle game. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age where you live). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children via the App. If a child contacted us by email, contact us to request deletion.

Do not put Arrow Bloq in Apple’s Kids Category or market it as a kids’ app while using standard AdMob + personalized ads.

6. International transfers

Ad partners, store billing, and infrastructure may process data in the United States and other countries, under safeguards those providers use.

7. Retention

• On-device game data: until you delete the App or clear data
• Support emails: as needed to resolve requests and keep legitimate records
• Ad-related data: per Google / partner policies
• Purchase records: retained by Apple / Google per their policies

8. Your choices & rights

• Decline ATT on iOS
• Decline optional rewarded ads (you simply don’t get that revive / double coins)
• Buy Remove Ads to stop interstitials and skip rewarded watches
• Restore purchases after reinstall
• Uninstall to remove local game data
• Email admin@azqari.com for questions or deletion of support correspondence

Depending on where you live (e.g. UK GDPR / EU GDPR / CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal data. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Security

We use reasonable measures appropriate to a small consumer game. No method is 100% secure.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy and will change the Effective date on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance where permitted by law.
