FAQ
Is Arrow Bloq free?
Yes. The campaign and daily challenges are free. The game may show between-level interstitials after level 20 (capped — see Ad promise in Settings). Rewarded videos for revive or double coins are always optional. You can buy Remove Ads once to turn interstitials off and skip rewarded watches.
Do I need an account?
No. Progress (levels, coins, stars, badges, themes, daily calendar, accessibility prefs) is stored on your device.
I bought Remove Ads but ads still appear
Open Settings → Restore purchases while signed into the same Apple ID / Google account you used to buy. Still stuck? Email us with your store order ID if you have it.
Ads / tracking on iPhone
You may see Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. It helps show more relevant ads. Tap Ask App Not to Track if you prefer — the game still works. Change later in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
I’m stuck on a board
Use Undo, Restart, or Hint (long-press Hint to reveal all free arrows). Pinch to zoom on small cells. Second tap on the same blocked arrow within 2 seconds does not cost another heart.
Progress disappeared
Data is local. Uninstalling, clearing app data, or switching devices can reset progress. We don’t cloud-sync yet. Remove Ads ownership can be restored via the store account (Restore purchases).
Something’s broken
Force-quit, reboot, update from the store. If it continues, email us with the details above.
